Courses:  Require registration before course start date, and run 10-14 weeks in duration, with one hour per week. They are closed for drop ins.

Kids Flying Yoga

Anti-Gravity Yoga or "flying yoga", is a new type of yoga, originating in New York but now being practised in several countries, which combines the traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a hammock.

Prenatal Yoga & Pilates

Prenatal Yoga and Pilates are a way to maintain a healthy mind and body. Prenatal Yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women. Pilates helps in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps  pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

  • Feldenkrais Class

    Mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind. These lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving one’s posture in sitting or standing.

  • Mens Movement & Intro to Yoga

    When you've never tried yoga, it can be intimidating, especially if you've been scoping the jaw dropping, super bendy, pretzel-like poses your girlfriend practices each morning. But relax: It's actually the most basic postures-not the fancy positions-that provide you with the foundation of flexibility & strength every man needs.

  • Relaxercise

    With Relaxercise you use mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of pain reduction, as well as improved strength and flexibility through holistic integration of body and mind. These lessons tie directly into functional the movements of daily life, such as better balance, walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving one’s posture while sitting or standing.

  • Move Out Of Pain

    Movement and Mobility Class.
    Increase your sense of well being and self confidence. Find more ease in daily life and pleasure from the activities you enjoy. Improve your quality of life by increasing mobility, balance and awareness.
    In this course, you’ll learn how you can improve your mobility, strength and awareness through gentle, mindful movements, guided awareness and self practice. You’ll discover how the way you think, sense, feel and move can reduce or eliminate pain and open the doors to better quality of life and increased well being.
